Rules of sale:

1. Machinery and equipment: Abra delivers the goods ordered by the customer to the specified place at home and abroad at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Utilities and accessories: Abra delivers the goods ordered by the customer via third-party shipping at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
3. For each machine sold, we provide installation and training on how to use the product.
4. The purchaser is required to set up the installation site, supply the required utilities and unload the delivered goods.
5. Unless otherwise agreed, payment should be made no later than the day of delivery.

Warranty repair conditions:

1. Warranty repairs must be reported in writing by e-mail to abra@abra.pl. The notification must include the name of the company reporting the failure, the type of machine damaged, the date of purchase, the sales document number and a description of the damage.
2. Abra will decide whether or not to proceed with the warranty repair in the agreed timeframe, which may not be longer than 14 days from the acceptance of the machine for repair.
3. If the repair does not require a service team to travel to the site, the goods should be sent to the following address: Abra 45-837 Opole, ul. Wspólna 26.
4. If it is found on site that the failure is the result of mechanical damage or misuse, the claimant shall bear the costs of travel and accommodation (if required), the costs of service technicians at set rates and the costs of parts and components replaced according to the Abra price list.
5. The condition for accepting a claim for damage caused in transit is to include a damage report signed by the carrier.

Terms for returning goods:

1. Refunds for purchased goods can only be made within 5 days of purchase.
2. The Customer should present the purchase document.
3. The goods must not bear any signs of use.
4. In the case of machines, all additional documents, i.e. manual, warranty, etc., and accessories must be supplied with the goods.

The customer must deliver the goods to Abra at their own expense.
