Our Crusher Pro stone crusher is a larger and more efficient version of our Crusher Plus. It is sized to crush larger and thicker stone waste. With a significantly higher throughput of up to 20 tonnes per hour, the machine can be put to industrial use. Similar to the smaller crusher, it is used in large and small stonemason’s workshops for processing stone waste, e.g. tombstones, flagstones and cobblestones. The aggregate generated as a result of the processing can be used in a variety of ways, for example as a material for road construction or garden design. Waste is crushed in the machine’s chamber, fitted with two jaws between which the stone waste is put. Once crushed, the stone is discharged through the underside of the machine as ballast. The machine has the option of setting different fraction sizes for the ballast to be processed. You can crush pieces from 5-21 centimetre thick slabs of various types of stone that fit into the machine’s charging hopper. The machine, which is dedicated to stonemason’s workshops, is also used in other market segments wherever stone needs to be crushed. Our Crusher Pro stone crusher has a compact design. The cast body of the machine houses a shaft with a crushing jaw attached to it. Drive transmission is by means of V-belts and a 7.5 kW motor. The material to be crushed is put in the crusher feed after the machine is started. Material is crushed by the moving jaw mounted on the crankshaft approaching the fixed jaw attached to the front of the body. The crusher is controlled by switches on the control box.
